FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. We proudly offer free worldwide shipping on all of our products.

However, there might be some locations that we are unable to ship to. We will be in touch with you if there is an issue shipping to your location.

LOST/MISSING PACKAGES

Cleangly is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility for the original order that was made for you at no charge.

CUSTOMS

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

SHIPPING TIME

Upon receiving your order, we will process it within 2-4 business days. Processing includes verification, packaging, and handing it over to the shipping carrier. Please note that weekends and holidays are not considered business days and may affect the processing time.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been fully processed and shipped out. Please allow for additional 2-4 business days after placing your order to receive the tracking number. You will be able to track your package at every step of the way by entering in the tracking number at the Track Order page.

MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.

For some shipping companies, it might take about 1-5 business days for the tracking information to be updated on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, kindly contact us at hello@cleangly.com.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

In the event that a package is deemed undeliverable by the shipping carrier, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you for further instructions. If we are unable to reach you or receive a response within a reasonable time, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, a refund will be issued for the purchase price of the product(s) in the order, excluding the shipping charges.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

While we take utmost care in packaging and ensuring the safe delivery of your order, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally result in lost or damaged packages. If your package is lost or arrives in a damaged condition, please contact our customer support team within 3 days of the delivery date. We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier and work towards resolving the issue to your satisfaction.

CHANGE OF SHIPPING ADDRESS

If you need to change the shipping address for an order that has not been shipped yet, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but please note that we cannot guarantee address changes once the order has been shipped.

CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel your order up to 12 hours after being placed. We are not able to cancel your order if it has already been processed and shipped. Please email your order number with the subject line 'Cancellations' to hello@cleangly.com to cancel your order.

REFUNDS & RETURNS
